A marketing team member already suggested using Hotjar to observe customer interactions, but from my knowledge of Hubspot marketing software, I decided it was the best tool to consolidate all marketing & sales efforts
For this purpose, I decided to focus on identifying technical SEO errors and issues, such as page load speed, CX issues and bottlenecks in the customer journey.
I also decided on testimonials, and video marketing as a strategy for increasing conversions and brand equity.
